Editing software help ???

I've Got It
So I've only been using the REALLY basic windows movie maker up until now, but I want to move onto a much better editing software.
It doesn't have to be free but I want one that would be suitable for vlog style videos and maybe that some famous youtubers use.

Anyone have any recommendations for me please and thank you :D

I used to use a video editing software called Serif Movie Plus X6. It is a little bit of a step up but if you can manage it then I would recommend buying it. A trial version is available on their site. You should find it on Google. If however you are looking for a HUGE STEP UP I recommend Sony Vegas Pro 12 or Adobe Premier Elements.

What I use is Final Cut Pro X, it is $300 dollars but ALOT of YouTubers use it, TomSka, Meekakitty, Shane Dawson and others :)
 
If you want to get the vest of the best, you can try and learn Avid. But it would probably be okay to go with either Sony Vegas Pro, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro. :)
 
I also recommend Sony Vegas, it's easy to use and I've used it for years! A lot of people use final cut pro but I feel it is unnecessarily complicated and if you're mainly gonna be using it for vlogs you don't need to make things complicated. Check my channel out, I am a proud Sony Vegas user
