Idk wine seems like a drink older people will drink. Most people in their 20s go for beer or liquor lol.

Beer is made from barley and hops, and Wine is made from grapes.

You don't really drink wine with intentions of getting drunk (of course if you drink enough you'll get drunk). Wine is more formal and expensive. Usually older people drink it. I know a lot of people my age and in their 20s who can't stand the taste of wine. Even my parents who sometimes drink it didn't like it at that age. Beer is cheaper and a faster way to get drunk. More popular too.
