Earning dropping after changing out of a network?

Hey everyone,

So my contract with fullscreen is set to expire and I am debating whether I should renew it or not. Just had a few questions to ask, if anyone is able to help me out that would be great :)

Quick background info - I average around 200-300 views per day and around 6000 per month if that matters. My question was, has anyone switching from fullscreen partnership to direct YouTube partnership seen an increase or decrease in earnings or their CPM once they switched?

I am planning on dropping out of fullscreen and partnering with YouTube based only on the fact that I do not need many of their services anymore and I dont want to have to give up a portion of my earnings anymore either.

Thanks everyone

You won't see a drop in CPM due to leaving the network.

You will see a drop in CPM anyway due to ad rates being low for the next few months.

I was with Fullscreen and they were not providing ads for my channel. It was 100% Adsense-provided ads. You are not likely to see much of a change because you are more than likely already getting served by Adsense. You will see an increase in your earnings though as you won't be giving anybody a cut of your earnings.

Okay thanks, just gives me more of a reason to switch then. Did you find leaving was worth it in the end?
