I've got a problem. I need to create this type annotation in my videos. You can see in red colored.

How can I create this type of annotation? Please help me.

I'm going to take a guess that it is the advanced Cards annotation feature. Currently that feature is in beta and only available to a select few YouTubers who have a large following. ^_^ If all goes well, it will be available to everyone soon. =)
