Dxtory Quality Advice

I had posted a thread about Terraria and Dxtory and taking the advice of a member, I uninstalled Dxtory and reinstalled it, now it cannot record anything to 30 FPS, it lags so badly. Can someone help?

I can provide info, but I'm really in trouble if it doesn't work.

In the past, it has recorded to a really high standard.

Maybe your settings reset. here are mine, I have a pretty bad PC and these settings allow me to record in 720p at 30fps :3
