Dude disliking all my Vids , Ergg......

Who cares? It just ranks your videos better. They will get bored eventually. This usually happens to small channels, once you get a fan base it will be insignificant.
 
Just to get to you they'll wait out the time to dislike your video lol just ignore it man..it'd be nice to have flawless stats but its impossible
 
Any video with a reasonable amount of views will get dislikes. Look at the like dislike percentage. If you don't have more than 10-20 total, your sample is too small to even think about. If you have 27 likes and 10 dislikes on a video, then you need to look at your content. If you have a controversial topic, this is common. If you are doing a non-controversial topic and getting that sort of ratio, you need to look at your quality.

Just looked at your channel. It doesn't look like one person's doing it, but a couple. Besides, you don't even know if they watched the video or not, you have more views than both likes and dislikes.

Your idea is sorta silly, and either you:
- don't let it get to you
- try to be better so those people won't dislike
 
Popularity breeds haters, though having no popularity and a bunch of haters means nothing. I got 2 dislikes on one of my videos today with 0 comments, got me pretty mad.
 
I guess all you can do is wait for the guy to loose interest in messing with your videos, if you show no interest to it he'll see hes getting no reaction from you and just get bored
