Hi, can you make me an avatar and a banner?

I hope my request isn't too difficult.

I want the avatar should say 'How 2 Win 7' and should somehow make it more obvious I'm a windows how-to channel for the people who didn't get the pun. It's why in my current logo I used the 'Segoe UI' font, the same one Microsoft uses.
The banner should say 'Windows 7 how-to's, tips and tricks'

I don't want either to be too explosive or 'in your face', and please don't show any actual microsoft/windows logo's.

Colours: Text in white and or black. Background any shade of white, black, but mainly looking for blue.
Also I like a matte look over a shiny one.
