I don't think I'm that entertaining. My vlog vids have been meh...but it's okie. Just doing it for fun and see how it goes :).

honestly it should be less about what others think and more about how you feel . If you enjoy the content you upload then go for it

I think my videos suck but I still enjoy putting them out there and even if a few people like them, that encourages me to keep on going. Until I started my channel earlier this year, I was always camera shy and had a big inferiority complex. Making videos has helped me immensely with these issues. So if anything I make them for me and not for others.

BTW, it isn't easy making videos. It takes a lot of practice before any of us get good at it. If you enjoy what you're doing, hang in there and you'll get better.

This is true, but if her dream is to become a huge YT personality then she has to be able to take feedback from people and use it to improve her channel to make it more appealing. I'm going to sit through a solid 5 minutes of one of her videos and give her my honest opinion, which will not be to quit because quitting is for wussies.

You need to be able to get happyness from a hobby. If you are not finding that you should find another hobby. It's really that simple. If I did it for the numbers, I would have been long gone. My vlogs still struggle after they hit 100 views. I am small time, but the smile on my face? Big time!

and i dont know if i am entertaining enough
Okay! I watched the Folder Quest: I am a monster video. Here is a bulleted but short list.
  1. It takes over 20 seconds from the time you start talking to the time you start playing the game. Way too long. I know this doesn't have to do with your entertainment value but it's still very important.
  2. You are not the most entertaining person, but you're not the least entertaining person either, and you can get more entertaining as you get more comfortable with speaking to your audience while on camera. But there is an upside....
  3. You are very likeable! This is something you really cannot teach....some people just have something about them that makes them likeable to their audience, and in my opinion you have it. A little more confidence and a little more eye contact with your audience (camera) and it will only increase the likeability factor. That stuff will come with experience though as I'm sure you're better now than you were when you started. By the way, using the video inlay of your face seems like a recent addition...it helps a lot. I didn't realize how much until I watched your video (I'm not a big gameplay watcher). It adds an added dimension to gameplays.
I say give it at the very least another couple months with the gameplay cam overlay and see how you do. Try to get into the game a little more quickly too. People don't want to hear you describe the game you're about to play, they'd rather you describe it briefly as you're starting it. Whether or not you end up continuing your gaming channel, I do think you look very comfortable in front of a camera, so if the gaming thing doesn't gain more traction, there are a ton of other things you can do for a YT channel.

THANKYOU!!! this is sooo helpful!!!! thankyou for taking the time to watch and give me feedback :) i really appreciate and will certainly take it in consideration :D and yes facecam just became a recent thing so im still working on it :)

Are you enjoying what you are doing? Then keep doing it. So many people out there who have been successful and done amazing things wouldn't have if they based their journey on the validation of others. Not saying there is anything wrong with constructive feedback, but you've got to make the decision to continue with this or not based on what is in your heart.
