dont you hate when....

This happened to me when I first started out; the amount of times I lost footage through not regularly backing up my work was insane. And then I discovered I had a memory leak, and also that Sony Vegas backed your save files up regularly.

The moral of the story: SAVE SAVE AND SAVE AGAIN DAGNAMMIT

i was doing right now almost 80% of the tutorial done and my laptop stop responding.. grrr. now i have to do it all over again... i think i need a new laptop..

Yeeeah.... I had that happen to me as well, was without a computer for a few weeks and could only upload grainy crappy vlogs on the rent's computer lol Well in my case, my whole computer died, so it could be worse.

i save everything, and i use a screen recorder to record my tutorias, but damn.. i was almost done with it..[DOUBLEPOST=1365898392,1365898349][/DOUBLEPOST]

Apologies dude, didn't mean to come across as condescending or lecturing you. I was just trying to say that I've been there and I feel your pain! And it sucks baaaaaaaaaaalls...

dont worry, i dint meant to sound mad or anything, it was a simple response, and i didnt fell ofended with your post.. no need to apologize..
 
i hate this i have a terible laptob that can hardly run my editing programs so it happens like all the time in it makes my cry in a corner jkjk but seriously i get so mad
 
I hate it when I'm rendering something with Sony Vegas and the thing just stops working, thank god for savefiles and auto-save...

Its kind of odd really, as I have an I7, 8gb RAM and a GTX 580
