I joined like 25 google + groups and posted my newest video to all that were related to the category of my video and a couple hours later I noticed that they were all deleted. This apparently is not a good idea. Oops!
 
Spam is usually frowned upon in most places. A lot of G+ communities consider posting videos as spam.
 
Well it's not that I can't post videos because some of the groups I joined are called or related to promoting your channel and videos but I'm thinking that someone in multiple groups that I'm also in noticed that I posted the same video in different groups around the same time and reported me or something. I'm not 100% sure.

I believe they can check your G+ page for that.
 
Generally speaking, any time you join a community and all you do is link to your video, that's gonna be frowned upon. Doesn't matter where it is.
