DON'T claim to be a "Professional" if you're not.

I'm a professional Onion.

To be serious, half the people that charge on here and claim to be "Professional" are far from it, @BoltDesign, yourself and a few others are the only people I've seen with work that is of very high quality.

Could not agree more. Especially when they decide to offer their services for absurdly high prices.[DOUBLEPOST=1401633240,1401632886][/DOUBLEPOST]I get a decent amount of customers yet I don't claim to be a "professional graphic designer", and anyway, your work usually reflects what level you're at (beginner/intermediate/professional/expert) so you can immediately spot when someone is telling the truth, or lying just to fish in some customers < which usually fails.

This is exactly how I feel about people who call themselves youtubers but can't think up video ideas
I feel bit similar... like I do understand that we go through dry spells and whatnot, and I like to be helpful and feel like some people may be trying to do this to break out of their shell or try something new which I understand, but sometimes you get the feeling that a channel like.. wants us to hand them EVERYTHING. "What should I vlog about? Give me questions to answer. What's a trend I can use in a video?" And they don't seem like.. they seem to still think of themselves as a bonafide content creator and I can't help but feel like "why are you youtubing again?..."

I'm not in the design world, but I did my degree in writing and this industry has the same thing for sure haha
