Doing YouTube just for the money isn't a good idea

Hey I'm not one to denigrate anyone out there chasing money, but if you want Youtube money you better be willing to put in the work. Most people want things easy and bail when it gets difficult anyway.

Since day one? You joined in June 2016, just over a month ago at moment of writing. Lets talk after you've been there a year, uploading consistently. Day one... HAHAHAHA!... That's a good one. Source? Been at it for 3 years.

I do have to commend you though, doing it for the money is really not the way to go about it. That is a sure way you'll end up quitting within the first few months. Because for 99.9% of the folk there is little to no money to be made. And that's a fact. Lets see were you are in a year, good luck growing your gaming empire!

I joined YouTube back in 09 just for fun really it was maybe 2 or 3 years later when i found out you could make money from it. I don't really have an interest in making YouTube a full time job ( let alone a job period) but if i was making money from it i certainly would not be solely doing it for money

i made my channel to keep myself entertained. Worrying about how much money you make is going to take the fun out of it.. You should do youtube because you love making videos and just consider the cash as a bonus..... on average it takes about 1 Million Views a month to make $1000 a month......that can happen, but its going to be awhile. when you get there, you get there. and yes that should be a goal but that should not be why you do it

Hi Guys My Name Is Likewise Or Suay (Sway) I love YouTube and everything about it. I've worked hard since Day 1 and its always been a great journey where I don't know whats next. Please if yall are reading this and are in this for the money then you need to get out of this business because you don't know what you're getting into I hope that my hobby will one day make the world want to watch me My name is Likewise and I will see you all later, PEACE!!!!!!
You sound distraught.

theres nothing wrong with enjoying that sweet sweet revenue lol, just dont make it your no.1 focus.

as long as you enjoy what you do (rather than just enjoying it for the results) you can't go wrong :D
