[Dog Channel] Looking for advices and feedback

Hey there!

I started a channel about my dog a few months ago. At first i uploaded 2 cute but crappy videos without editing them and then i uploaded 2 more videos with some editing. I never used any editing tools before that so it's not anything really fancy.
I didn't post any videos for 3-4 months now and i want to upload more videos now and be a little more serious about my youtube channel.
That's why i made some modifications these last days. I changed the channel art, icon, changed one thumbnail, some tags, description etc...
I'd like to know what you think about the design of the channel and my videos (especially the last one).

I have a bulldog so I like the short fat dogs... I think its funny and an idea I would share is maybe a pov with a go pro.. I do daily vlogs or somewhat daily and I think I want to ad that to my dog and cature his view to share with people ...
