YouTube isn't about luck or quality. It has to do with the person. Some people just have that "X" factor. That factor that makes people want to follow those people. You clearly don't have that. Don't worry, I don't have that either. I know my videos are put together better than some others in my segment. It's a fact. But, what is also a fact is that I just don't have what it takes to get people to like me. Not to the tone of 100K subscribers anyway. But I have been doing it for a long time, and have had a lot of fun with it. And I will continue to have a lot of fun with it. I think making comparisons is human, everyone does that. But it is up to you to make that an issue that sucks the life out of your work or just accept the reality and continue to do what you are doing. It is a fact that once you hit a certain level you can produce crap and still get the views. The herd effect does that. It is easier to subscribe and stay subscribed to a huge YouTube channel than to subscribe to a small one.
Well... my 4 years in youtube have tough me otherwise. The real reason people become known in youtube has always been 50% useless BOT and the rest is 25% luck 20% relevant content 5% X factor/personality.
How to become successful in youtue...this Alone will prove my point.
1- Boobies- Just having them makes you get views (No x factor needed)
2- Showing off body parts - Yoga videos, excise videos, boobie streamers etc. Note this only works with girls as we man as dumb fucks who cant think without using their dicks firsts. (no X factor needed)
3-Following Dumb trends - fortnite is an excellent example of this. The most known in fortnite are "ninja, TSM myth and ALLI-A" Ninja has been streaming for ages and he got lucky with fortnite (luck is not X factor)he is not that good either, he just plays the game alot so he naturally becomes better than the avarage gamer.ALIA did s**t videos/clickbait for the longest time ever and suddenly the masses of toddlers decided HE was the one to show them videos of fortnite and then everyone else jump the band wagon..non of this are X factor just luck.
4-Making Channels with Recycled content - Channels who steal Twitch clips and make compilations of them while tricking he creator that this will give them exposure but it does not. This channels are throw away as they will promote the most scummy gambling for kids and if their channel get strike, they can create a new one and keep reposting compilations
5- Compilation channels- Like previous ones this will take w/e a few s****y scummy channels like the ones mentions above do and take all their videos edit out the logo parts/promo and then repost them......
6- Community channels: This channels promote smaller channels with the idea of stealing their content in exchange of "promotion" (not X factor)
7- Logal Paul/Pews/Mark/Jack ( your usual Top tier Youtuber) This people either did something unique and/or got lucky one way or another. Most of them dont contain anything unique...lets me completetly honest here. Screaming on purpose is not X factor, Screaming while pretending to be High energy "jack" is not an X factor either. Pews is pewds... he discovered Lets plays with webcams on the side...not X factor...just smart..right time at the right location kind of thing. Most of this tubers get famous for being either a toxic f**k like logan or they got enough fame when their luck strike them to now be well known in the communuty.
8- vloggers - i have seen a million vlogs that are far more entertaining than KC will ever be and yet he gets the views.
9- How to videos - Just people showing you how to do s**t, no X factor
10- Beauty channels - 50% if genuine women interested in the content 50% are guys jerking off to some hotty (no X factor needed)
11-Creepy channels/ghost/aliens ect. - This will Naturally attract new people
I can keep going on for ever. i dare to say 90% of yoytube its not people with "special" unique snowflake talents... is youre avarage joe who gets lucky and becomes "someone with an X factor". Alot of successfull people in youtube just do it the scummy way, create a shitload of channels were they recycle content and make far more than you and me will ever do, sometimes the scummy route is the best way to go you know. This is why you see the issue being talked about in this post, people who are mediocre or produce the equivalent of moby dicks s**t and yet have a following of 1mil+...wanna know why? the underlying truth?
Kids... kids..kids...kids..toddler, kids, babys you name it! KIDS CONTROL YOUTUBE! PLEASE THEM AND SEE YOURE CHANNEL GROW!... i proved this with my elmo series...my channel never grow until i started creatign kids content...then BOOOOOOOM from 3 subs a week to 300+ month. with just 1 good video aimed at kids.
You wanna grow? stop doing like me and create kids content. I am about to quit my frankscape channel to simply create kids b******t. I can already see my clickbait videos... TRIPLE ROCKET RIDE ON FORTNITE!!! ACTUALLY REAL! (add surprise face emogy and random 3 rockets and a random copy/paste toon riding it overexpose colors) spend the next 20 minutes talking b******t that it is all speculative and never give a sright answer if its possible or not oh yes and how can i forget... at 0.00001 seconds of my video "ok guys remember to like this video and sub to my channel! slap it in the face, show him who is boss if you want to see more videos that you have yet to see!) "dumbass kid proceeds to subscribe"
HAVE I PROVEN MY POINT? OR DO I HAVE TO CONTINUE? THIS IS THE NEW YOUTUBE...ENJOY
