Does the day when you upload affect views ?

I've Got It
Hi. I usually get a decent amount of subs and views (in one day i passed from 50 to 70) . And I usually get about 100 views in a vid. But now i uploaded a new video in my channel and it only has 5 views in 3 hours. Is it because it's friday and people get ready for the weekend?

(I'm also speaking for this topic in general)
 
hey, i was thinking the same thing the other day. a few of my videos seemed to get views quickly and then the last few videos I've uploaded, it seems to be really stalling in views.

True. Like right now, I had one subscriber in a whole day, and about 24 views on my newest video.
I am getting lame already ?
 
I KNOW! i feel the same one, i also can be really impatient sometimes. so if i'm not distracting myself with filming new videos, i sit here and refresh page, maybe not desperately but i do check on my phone every now and then and its a little disheartening
 
there are days and times there would me more/less people searching for types of things but i don't think its a big enough thing to worry about. Im still trying to even get views but i started my Channel Just days ago so i guess it takes some time
