Does submit a copyright complaint even work?

So, I submit a copyright complain on guy who is re-uploading/stealing my videos

Report -> Infringes my Copyright -> Submit a copyright complaint -> My YouTube video was reuploaded by another user.

Every time I get an e-mail by YouTube : Sorry but your complaint is not coming from a business e-mail adress.

What am I doing wrong? I'm not submitting complaint as a business

That when it says "Who is affected" you put "I Am!". Maybe that's it??

I put "I Am" , whatever , probably has to do with video's type . It's gaming
 
I submitted complaint about re-uploading/stealing my videos about 5 times and they removed the video every time. Maybe your contact email address needs to be connected with YouTube account.
 
I have filed three complaints and each one was resolved quickly and in my favor.
Are you using a Gmail account to contact them?
 
Yes it should work.

Just sent the guy a message to remove it.

Then if he ignores then tell him you will report it.

I've filed complaints several times and they were resolved quite quickly. BUT the most annoying was when someone filed a claim against me claiming they had the copyright to MY video. This video had several million views and it was clearly mine taken at the zoo where all my videos take place - same animals, same background, same me in the video...Of course it was resolved in my favor but although YT continued to show the video it wasn't earning any income while it was being resolved (about 2 weeks)
