Does network accept a channel with Community Guideline Strike?

I meant CMS not having your channel terminated :D I guess BBTV give you a period to solve it?
 
I dont think you lose your partnership...
I believe that you are still partnered, but if you leave the network, you cant join another one until the strikes goes away.
Can anyone with experience help me out?
