Does joining a network help prevent copyright?

you aren't spamming if you are making a cover song legally with a network. Like We Are The Hits or FullScreen. In fact Full Screen states on their site clear as day that the songs in the youtube music library that list whether you can cover it and share in revenue are legal and you can use both YouTube's Library and Full Screens.

Yea that's fine, i was referring to the other unlicensed covers and such.
