Alright. I have no clue about that. I had to sign some sort of tax document when I signed up. You are best of with contacting Fullscreen support.

Here in Ireland, If you`re under 18 , you need to earn more than 1600€ a month for it to be considered more than a hobby

We do not issue 1099 or W2 forms to channel partners. Partners should reference their earnings statements from PayPal to document income.
