Does editing your video after it's published effect your video negatively?

Title, Tags and description of course have impact on your SEO, but cards and annotations wouldn't make sense.
 
Definitely utilize cards and annotations on every video you can. Also add links in description and you can even boost the description and tags if you juice them up even more. TubeBuddy helps rank keywords so you can see which ones are helping the video and which ones could be replaced

Thanks Baby Teeth! My daughter loves watching your videos. And your outro song gets stuck in my head and sung around here often. haha.
 
If all your doing is adding things like cards, or changing the description, etc..Just go ahead and do it. As long as its not taking down the video and re-uploading new one, cause that means your resetting everything. In fact, adding/editing your previous videos through youtube is actually a great way to get more viewers.
