Does deleting a video affect how many overall views you have?

I see, so they have yet to subtract the view count from unlisted and privatized. They've only subtracted your views from deleted videos so far.

Is my old channel with all old videos deleted or on private. So I don't really mind. I know people enjoyed the video

Yea been some crazy view drops haha sony and a couple others lost millions of views and were complaining

it does.. i had quite a few videos that i had deleted... youtube recently took away about 6 million views from my channel for deleting them.. i explain it at the 30 second mark of my video
