Does banner cut off more or always like that?

I've noticed this on my banner too.
Everything should be centered, as I used a center tool for the text.

Most likely a bug.

Ohh.. It looks normal on your screen.
This is what it looks like on my screen:

Notice right side is cut off...
 
It varies on what screen your using, my friend was sitting beside me and made a channel art for his design, on his screen it was perfect it fitted nicely, then when I opened up his channel on my computer it was off to the right, even when your in the "safe zone" to me I eel like it still throws it off but it all depends on your monitor I guess
