My person opinion on this is unfortunately yes, looks do matter at times as some people will use their looks to get views by putting their "Sexy" images all over thumbnails

It does to some extent, I believe. But not always. There's this famous YouTuber I watch that is pretty, but her teeth are WILD and she's a vlogger. She has millions of subscribers. Maybe my perception of bad teeth is skewed due to my mother being a dentist, her teeth are bad. Not naming her because I sound like a judgmental ***** in this. I really love her videos and her personality. That's all that matters to me.
