Does anyone know of cheap video editors

Well no there is no "good" editing software for that price but you can get stuff like sony vegas pro 12 and camtasia studio for free if you google it.
 
Go out to your nearest best buy and find a Dazzle DVC 100. It comes with a capture card as well as video editing software for about $30. And the software isn't that bad either. I use Sony Vegas, but for simpler gaming videos it works pretty well.
