does anyone know how to make thumbnails

i was wondering if anyone know how to make gaming like thumbnails. mine a plain and boring i know that. well i think that. can anyone help me out?

Yes, I would use Pain.NET as it is free and comes with all the same features as Photoshop. Personally I use Photoshop, but it's not free and can be very expensive. You could either take a picture of your face and put a background relevant to the game you're playing with text next to it (seems to be very popular). Or you could just get a background of the game case/screenshot of the game and put a number in the front layer.

Do you have an iPad? If you do then you can download an app called You Doodle which is what I use to make my thumbnails. Check out the videos on my channel to see some of the ones I made

Download a template online then download a few cool fonts, google "da font" then mash it all together. Viola!
