Does anyone else get frustrated when someone asks a Question and has replies off?

I make guide videos for games and youtube, and I get a lot of questions about different topics. I have been noticing a rise in questions from accounts that disable replies, and this bothers me since I have to send an inbox message that will probably not be seen for a while, and it also makes me look like a douche bag for ignoring the question in the comments.

Does it p**s anyone else off when people ask questions, but have replies off?

Can't stand it. It's like "how am I supposed to answer your question if you have replies disabled".

I know! The reply button is the bridge between their question and my answer and by disabling it, I have to climb down cross the river and climb up to give them an answer by the time they won't need it.

It is quite literally one of my most hated things ever. I don't even know why it's an option to disable the reply button.

I wouldn't even bother to reply if they are going to disable the reply button. If they want a reply they should enable the reply button or send it to my inbox. I try to reply to every comment I see on my videos, but then again if I get a lot of subs and comments it will be difficulty to reply to 1000 comments per video ya know.
