Well you are not the first to bring up the thumbnails and the lack of a facial camera. I am trying to give myself my own style and make sure people know my stuff as soon as they see it. I can get a bit more creative, but my Photoshop skills are not what they used to be unfortunately... Face cam, I have a C920 Logitech webcam which produces very very HD video.
