Do you use autoplay on your featured video?

I have a newbie type of question: What's the advantage of having your video auto-play?

Well a great advantage would be that you get an extra view every time someone other than yourself stumbles upon your channel. Also, it forces the viewer to see your video and one of two things happen: either they turn it off, or they enjoy it enough to keep watching it, which could possibly lead to a subscription. I look at it as a win-win.
