After looking at her videos, she apparently Photoshops photos of all the necessary nail polishes into one photo, then uses an editing system to zoom in and move around the photo. I can only speak to Final Cut, which can definitely do this, but I imagine most advanced editing systems can do this.

It could be pretty much anything. I'm not sure that you couldn't do that with windows movie maker.

So she finally posted what she uses on her channel. I guess she got tired of people asking. This is it.

That's a lot to use but I like her results.

For that exact photo she probably used a darker white bkg, put in each product as it's own layer, then put a block of a lighter white behind the product and merged the product and white square as one layer, and finally used an enlarged drop shadow or semi-transparent stroke
