that doing sub4sub is a good way to start your channel? im saying this because in the process of subbing they might watch the video and you know like it with this they could become a fan or show their friends...im not saying that your all your subs should be s4s but you know just for the beginning and starting part of youtube.

No, I don't, not unless the parties involved are really interested in each others stuff and are really going to watch each others stuff regularly. Which I believe is rarely the case with the classic sub 4 sub situation. Make good stuff, and promote it and you will get subs.
