I usually never schedule but reading everyone's comments is making me get on it lol. I'm a busy mom trying to balance Youtube from our regular schedule so this sounds very appealing to me.

Haha I'm glad it could help! I use to post whenever (aka whenever i finish editing the video) but I actually realized depending on the day and time I posted, I would get different number of views, how fast, etc. so I tried to be consistent about it.

If you were to go to your Analytics page and click on 'Realtime,' you can see from the chart when most of your views happen. Track this over a week to confirm your peak times and schedule/ post your videos just before then to assure you'll hit the most people upon release.

I usually try to play ahead of time because my day off for the week from work is different every week so I plan recording around that and I have been trying to post consistently. I guess I do kinda "schedule" but I don't post the exact same day every week so it depends!I usually post every 5-7 days though!
Yeah! I think that's better than randomly posting, and your viewers can get used to the rough estimate of days in between your videos. But you can also schedule it when you upload and set when you want it to be released if you're working that week, etc.![DOUBLEPOST=1478668878][/DOUBLEPOST]

I schedule mine for every Monday and Friday at 5pm GMT. it doesn't always pan out because life gets in the way. but most of the time it does. I find having a schedule keeps me in a routine, which works well for me. if I was left to just do things willy nilly I'd never get anything done haha

Defiantly is a good idea to follow this. Its the same with other social media like Twitter and Instagram, most their traffic is Thurs-Sat too. I schedule my videos to follow this and it is working really well! I schedule for the same time every week on the same day. It also helps if you have a look at your analytics as it shows you what days you get most views/subs (mine reflected the Thurs-Sat).
