Do you guys message your subs?

I don't, but what a great idea! That's very engaging of you. I'd be tickled pink if someone I was a subscriber of messaged me.
I don't think I'd do it, as not many of my subscribers are actively engaging with me. I reply to every (genuine/ not spammy) comment though

I respond to Comments and will message them back if they message me but I don't message them first.

I only have 39 subs and I wouldn't really message them. I'd feel like I was pestering them too. I always love getting comments and I always comment back!! Plus I can be really socially awkward, so I don't think I would have the confidence to do that to be honest

I respond to comments. The inbox is messed up to where I never get a notification when someone sends me a message. Thanks Google.

I DM some of my subs on Twitter, that's about it though. However, I made it my goal to reply to every single comment, unless it's hate (I remove it), spam (I remove it), or self advertisement (guess what? I remove it ).

I private messaged all my subscribers to say thanks and stuff just the once.....I lost 10 subs pretty much overnight haha ... never again!!
