I wish I never switched from the background, because I can't stand just having a banner it is just stupid! I like the old original one that went behind your whole channel and you could put in custom links. Anyways thanks for reading and your replies!

im actually a fan of the new layout. Even though you dont get enough channel layout customization but you have a banner for branding which is great and you create playlists according to what you want to show your viewers. I noticed that this way, all my older videos are shooting up in views because people go through the playlist rather then opening a whole new page for videos.

i didnt like it at first but ive just dealt with it since the update i actually like the banner feature though

I just wish you could have more of your own custom links, thats my main downfall!
