My personal opinion:

Seriously read the email. It's clearly written by some marketing executive in a suit and tie and who's trying to sound edgy and "hip".

Research shows that because of you, YouTube rocks over 9,000% harder....

to get a full ride to all the video geekery we have to offer...

I do read the emails but it seems like scam because you suddenly invited by someone and some of channel is copyright so it don't deserve to be partnered. ..[DOUBLEPOST=1386425620,1386425531][/DOUBLEPOST]

I don't think RPM is in this case .. Or it is .. I don't know ..
If RPM invited me, so why they kicked me (of course they would because my channel has many copyright) and invite me again ...

It's possible if they invite me because of my new channel but my new channels doesn't have enough views and subscribers to be partnered

My palm is half way through my cranium because of this thread, I hope to god no guests see this. RPM made a deal with Videomaker, RPM now offers videomaker's services for all of their partners for the low cost of free. All partners (and for some reason myself) got this message so you can start your membership. If you don't want to use Videomaker's services then don't sign up, it's that simple.

Just out of curiosity- did RPM drop you for copyright strikes or because videos "matched 3rd part content?"
