Do you get views round the clock?

I've Got It
I noticed that I don't get views when it's night time for my region and I'm trying to figure out if:

it's like that because my videos are catered towards my region and therefore nobody's awake to watch my videos,

or is it because my videos are only promoted in my region?

Do you guys gain international "exposure" via YouTube algorithms?

Just enquiring if you guys get equal or close to equal views when it's sleeping time in your country?

uhhhh I would say your views should go down during the night time just because everyone is sleeping lol! And it also depends on how big your channel is!

I do get them around the clock but in the 48 hour period, in realtime, on one of my videos that are getting good amount of views atm, it does look like a sine wave that goes up every 20-24 hours or so.

I don't know but most of my views come from the USA and I'm in the UK xx

I get around half my views a couple of minutes after I post the video, the other half a few hours later.
I usually post in the evenings

I see... Thank you all who replied! I think it'll be safe to assume that my videos are only of interest to people in my region and that's why my videos aren't getting any clicks at night. I guess to optimize growth I'll have to make one or two videos here and there which can cater to a larger audience as well.

It will depend on where your audience is, I have some europeans, some americans and the occasional asian which keeps mine ticking over through the 24hrs, and by ticking over i mean at a snails pace haha

Wow i don't mind even if it's at a snail's pace. It's a little disheartening to see that empty gap in between the waking hours of my region lol. 99% of my audience is from around my region so I guess it's something I have to get used to until I can attract a bigger audience!

I get views round the clock and most of my views are within the United States. Thanks to the fact that we have 4 time zones. When I'm sound asleep at 3am my West Coast viewers are still awake and watching.

If you are promoting only regionally, then it would make sense that during the night you won't get many views.
