Do you ever feel like doing something completely different?

I've Got It
Just wondering because I've been making weekly videos since late August and now I'm at the point where its not as fun anymore. I have ideas for videos that are completely different from what I'm making. But I don't know why but I'm just feeling hesitant to act on those ideas. What about you guys? Ever feel like that or have actually acted upon your ideas?

Yep - Just do it man.
My first channel was just a family thing for me. Videos of the kids ect...

Then I started doing small animations and got some good feedback from those.

After a few years of doing a hand full of short animations I wnated to do something different.

My channel was a clutter of random vids so I made a new channel (also I wanted a simpler name so I could refer people easily).
Now I am filming my self and talking about things I think need to be talked about. Really happy with the change.

It's hard to keep on doing content constantly on a schedule.

My suggestion is that for one whole week just do as much as you can(while keeping the quality of course)
and schedule the videos.
It helps me when i'm either sick or not creative.

Always we have this problem.I need ideas for my videos too. Also i need a new type of videos related to the pottery theme. But we have to continue on one day we cant do anything.

it seems you need some motivations!
why you dont move from your current fun stage to a business stage. Just monetize your videos and try to get money ? and the motivation will come accordingly.

There's nothing wrong with trying something a little different!
You've gotta do it because you love it - it's no fun if you're not enjoying yourself!

Yes. Cooking videos, or in which I talk about my country's literature, or reviews of stuff that isn't videogames.

I find it easier to update when I have a structure (I do three videos per week, each on a different subject), but when I hit that wall of, "This is SO TEDIOUS," I try to do something completely different. Either it'll be a strange little skit, or I'll take a trip somewhere and film it, or I'll do a vlog about the theater stuff I'm involved with.

I think creativity is made up of a lot of hard work, but you also need that spark there, and sometimes, it takes a shakeup to get you kick-started again. GO FOR IT! Have fun! If YouTube isn't fun, then why would you do it? Good luck! :) :)

Yeah of course when you have realization and it sounds good just chase your dream it can work out great! Don't forget without crazy minds there would be no innovation!
