They definitely do! I thrive on Facebook views, it's one of my top ways to get views.I was thinking that for my one year "anniversary" on yt I would start posting my videos on my personal facebook account. Do those views count towards my total video views on yt?
I didn't want to try it yet and risk showing my videos just yet lol

The trick is not to post to your own wall (unless you have a very popular page), but find a popular page that has an admin that likes your content. Generally people will share things they like, so this is the way to get it out there. Just think about things you share and other people share that are not yours and why you share them. That's the mentality you have to look at it from; if you were the admin of a certain page, why would you share something? If you can satisfy that need they will likely share stuff.Wish mine was the same, but I don't think any of my friends or family are interested in my videos for me to try. It's funny, they encourage me to keep going with YouTube, but when I ask them if they'd like to watch a video of mine they say ''Maybe later?''![]()

Use google translate. I actually just shared a video to a Czechoslovakian dog page lol, they normally embed the videos to their web site and then share their article on Facebook. I sent it to them in English and they normally respond back in broken English. This other Spanish dog site is one I use Google Translate for, they also do the same thing but instead they respond to me in Spanish. Just gotta get creative man![DOUBLEPOST=1434482023,1434481967][/DOUBLEPOST]There are a few of my videos I could try that with, but I've seen a lot of negativity about the type of videos I mainly do which is Let's Plays of games. I've been on websites and forums that specifically say 'NO LPs!' which sucks, and tried searching for friendly communities and groups on Facebook but have struggled to find any relevant ones.
Also for some reason my Facebook loves finding me gaming groups full of Spanish people and unfortunately I don't speak or understand Spanish.![]()
I post certain things to my personal page, but I'd say 98% of the video shares on Facebook I post on other Facebook pages.[DOUBLEPOST=1434482181][/DOUBLEPOST]So posting on your personal page hasn't been successful in your experience?
I'm wondering because I have friends from my hometown who post vines or other short videos, and they get a thousand views in like 3 days. That's kinda where I got the idea from and why I was going to post on my page
for some reason your video thumbnail made me think of this video...Wish mine was the same, but I don't think any of my friends or family are interested in my videos for me to try. Just to clarify, to get Facebook traffic/views to count on YouTube you have to post your YouTube video link on Facebook (So they click it and watch it on YouTube). Uploading the full video to Facebook does not translate to views on your video on YouTube. So posting on your personal page hasn't been successful in your experience?
