I've Got It
Hallo... i do gaming and i love making videos. but i dont get alot subs or views, and i would like to know why...

can you guys give any advice?
 
it takes a very long time to gain subscribers when you first start. so you have to be very patience as you go through your YouTube career.
You also have to advertise your self a lot, like on Facebook pages and on other social media. you should try Instagram, you can gain a lot of likes on that and can gain a lot of subscribers from it, the key is to use a lot #.

Im trying but im not the best at social medias

you'll get used to it. you got post future updates, such as videos in the making and when its being uploaded and when its uploaded. However you kinda have to Vlog a little on Instagram, like if your going on a vacation and stuff.
check us out and get some ideas on how we do it.
 
Patience is key :) try advertise as much as you can, there's google+ communities that you can post in, make sure your posting in the right group though. Maybe ask friends to share your content too. But yeah in the beginning it can be discouraging but try not to focus on the numbers too much & just focus on your content & enjoying yourself :)

It all depends on content, quality of content & how much they advertise. Majority of the time it's their advertising & or they either have heaps of friends who sub & share their stuff to people with similar interests.
