Yes because saying do multiple times with certain spaces will tell us what song it is. Not to be rude but your basically asking for a song nobody can tell you about. If you knew maybe one of two lines of it if it has words than maybe. But if you want to know why not just look in the description of the certain video with that music.

I can't think of many songs that kind of go "Do Do Do Do Dodododododo" lol (Do they actually say the word "do" or is that just the rhythm of the instruments??), but welcome to my world of frustration trying to figure out the titles of instrumental pieces that have no lyrics that can be googled. More info about instrument types / genre would be helpful. ^_^
