Do people even want to see recipes?

I like to watch recipe videos because it's always easier for me to cook something once I've seen how it's supposed to look.

I watch them sometimes if I really want to see how to cook something, but not that often.

Sure! I have done three ingredient recipe videos and they get a decent amount of views. I mean, not crazy-good, but I'm kind of niche (only 3 ingredients, and I include puppets as helpers). However, my spaghetti sauce recipe is closing in on 16,000 views now.

That's really cool. You've ranked on the first page of search with some major celebrity chefs like Jamie Oliver. I guess search volume is high for simple spaghetti recipe and simple spaghetti sauce.[DOUBLEPOST=1471481554,1471481109][/DOUBLEPOST]

Is there anyone that actually watches recipe videos???

I always watch to get inspiration if I'm cooking for other people and if I want instructions on how to do something. I also watch if it's a funny YouTuber who makes me laugh while they're cooking and I watch right to the end if it's not too long to see the end result.

They are a niche but i guess they are ever green content so never really die.
