Hi Guys! Am writing on this forum anonymous because there are so many rules against promoting own channel etc and I don't really want to wonder if what am writing is a promotion etc and seriosuly don't need to use this forum to promote either... but am a vlogger with several youtube channels and slowly these channels are becoming bigger and bigger and currently have a problem can't figure out...
Am contacted by all kind of networks on all my channels - some of the networks are very aggressive as in if I say "no , thank you"- they later - few weeks or months- send me a follow up email asking if I changed my mind and that they just signed so and so and they mention a name of some big youtuber etc...
Some networks are small and some large.I respect all of them but really don't know what could I possibly gain from it?
I read as much threads as I can about people joining networks and what I gather from them is that the main plus of joining the network- and sometimes the only one unless you are famous- is protection from click bombing. The rest is really a sort of...lame set of things like shortened links and annotations etc.Music library no longer applies - youtube just gave us great tracks to use.
Yet the networks claim that they help building an audience.
My question is : any of you that joined fullscreen network did you notice your audience grow soon after ????and more subscribers finding your channel???Does this network actually do anything to promote your channels or is it just a situation of adding a lot of cool channels to their roaster so that they can grow? ... but you as a content provider still do the same kind of work promoting your channel and get same results as in before you joined?
What are the other changes you noticed after signing with them? Do you regret or are you happy with them? Am asking about this network specifically ( they also contacted me) because is the only one I would be interested in signing with - seems many people who I absolutely love to watch signed with them so sort of it feels like they have a good taste lol or simply similar thinking to mine and maybe is a good reason to sign with network people who think similar and like similar art...but I really don't know what they can possibly offer and what would change?
Do they ask for password to your account?What info you need to give them? do they tell you how to create? Do they organize meetups in same city? and most of all do they promote you and how?Thank you for all your thoughts and experiences- I really want to make the right decision
