It depends on what you want from your channel. I would say utilize Twitter at the least. Facebook is useless now.

Thanks for your answers . I am starting a giveaway series so I think I will not have time to social media as I have a manga blog. But I will see if I manage to do everything if I can start something like twitter . It does seem time consuming though
