I watched the ceremony they did at DisneyWorld for Merida to make her a princess. Sooo Cool!!!

I saw that as well, I wanted to cry with happiness! I'm half scottish myself so it was lovely to see that they finally have a scottish princess!

and even if Bioware, Dice etc got the licences it still requires Origin at the end to play and that's the thing I don't like.

Then play the consoles versions that will come out, and I have never watched the disney channel I prefer to avoid awful TV.

Yeah I don't watch TV anymore, but i'm not going to pay for the console versions, because they will cost 60€ at minimum. I just want games DRM free (or Steam, because Steam isn't that bad as Origin) on PC.
I think the new Star Wars games will be on next gen consoles and I don't have the money for those.

Then I respect your reasons for not buying the console versions. But if you refuse to install origin and EA doesn't publish them on steam then you will need to buy physical disks or never play the games.
