Disliking a Video

I think the dislike buttons serves as an important tool for viewers. When I come across a video that as an absurder about of dislikes, I believe its safe to say that the video isn't worth my time. People do abuse this tool but that's life. Haters gonna hate lol.
 
i kind of view it as a way of feedback, if im getting mostly dislikes, then maybe i should change it up...or they are all trolls

Ugh, I don't know if I liked the stars that much compared to the like/dislike. It's so much smoother now that they just have two options. I think as a Youtuber, though, stars would be better, and since I didn't make many videos back then, I didn't care for them too much.
 
Oh man star ratings were that long ago?

I don't like the dislikes since they don't seem to measure something useful. It's more of a "hated it" button really, since most people only hit the button in extreme cases. I don't need to know how many people hate my video, I already know not everyone will enjoy it!

I don't think I've used the dislike button every. It's interesting, if I "love" a video I hit "like". If I "like" and video I smile and move along, but maybe sub and maybe come back, if I don't like it I move along never to come back.
