Dislike Craze

I cant really see how people get so irritated when someone dislikes their videos.
Its not a big deal.
Everyone gets it someday and i deal every dislike as a like.

And instead of typing a "violent" message to the person, just block the application on facebook and you will never get any requests from the game ever again.
Simple as that and you could even avoided the dislikestorm.
If you want more likes, encourage your viewers to like your vids by adding an annotation somewhere to "like if X was funny" or something like that.
People are way too naive nowadays.

that is better, im just sort of new to youtube and i have to sort of learn how to ignore it. I do say like comment and subscribe at the end of my vids but people probably exit the vid my then so thanks i will try this :)
 
If you said you were new, i'd responded way nicer.
I know its hard facing hate in the beginning and i was personally hurt by some hate on my videos and it took ages for me to get over a lost sub, a dislike or a mean comment.
But now its like nothing for me, i promise you. Give it some time, even if you have one dislike, people often watch the first 15 seconds.
Thats the limit you have to drag your viewers in. It needs some practice, but when you are there you'll see progress.
Just as i did with my recent video, i got more likes and more views faster.
 
Dislikes aren't necessarily bad. If someone dislikes your video, that doesn't automatically make them a troll. They're just giving a simple opinion. I have hit "dislike" on videos before, not because I'm trying to get a rise out of the uploader, but because I just don't enjoy the video.
If they leave nasty comments and call you names, THEN you can call them a troll. And by nasty comment, I don't mean actual criticism as to why they don't like your video, I mean, for instance, calling you names and making personal remarks, that sort of thing. Then you can just black them and move on.
I'm not sure what kind of advice you're looking for, but....I hope this helps....

i understand that but he said watch ur dislikes and disliked all my videos so thats wat i mean i said it before he done it so yea...
 
1 of my videos has 214 dislikes.
Also more dislikes than likes, but it doesn't take away my joy to make videos.
 
It sounds like you were doing a bit of trolling yourself with that response. You were at fault, after all, and you didn't have to respond that way.
In addition to getting thicker skin, you might try to remember that, as a YouTuber, you may not have the freedom to pick fights with people or they may seek revenge, however petty.
 
I know you said you did this by accident but this is exactly why I don't spam my videos around. People just don't like it and you might get an extra sub here or there from it but more then likely you will get someone to dislike your video.
