I actually agree that the dislike button is a bad thing. The thing is, tons of stupid jerks who have no balls can just click a little button to spite you, without having to let you know who they are or anything. So people I'm sure click dislike without good reason all the time, just to be annoying. But no one is gonna click the like button unless they want to declare "I am all for this" because it goes into your likes list, and your subs are notified of what you liked. Disliking is anonymous though. I feel like the comments section is a much more suitable "dislike bar" because if you truly hate the video, you can't just click a button and vanish, you'd have to say SOMETHING to the person who made the video, and show your face. This to me would prevent the ease that trolls have with having a button they can click and no one knows who they are or why they clicked it.
