I've been feeling discouraged lately with my channel. I like the content that I put up, but obviously I want other people to watch it as well. Sometimes I feel like maybe I'm just not likable enough, or interesting enough to engage people on YT, like maybe I'm wasting my time and no matter the type of video I create it just won't be good enough
 
Been there before many times. The best advice I can give is keep doing what you do. Believe it or not, it gets better.

Don't give up! It's natural to feel that way, there were times I felt so much pressure I just wanted to quit, but then I thought of the friends I made on Youtube and decided against it.

I guess I just get discouraged because I feel like my content is good, but it doesn't get the reaction or views I expect? I dunno, even when I did this a few years ago (back in 2011) I got so many more views and subscribers and my videos were literally cringe worthy because I had no idea what I was doing.
 
took phil 5 years and it took kingsley 1 viral video, its all about doing what you love man, keep at it, im sure if you're trying your best it will pay off eventually and this is not a gig where your stuff vanishes, all your past attempts still exist for a non stop attempt at bringing in the views.
 
Don't be discouraged man, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but you have to be able to shrug off negative opinions and keep pushing forward :) always be making an effort to improve, and keep enjoying what you do :)

Maybe do a vlog about being discouraged, get it all out of your system, how about a rant?
 
I checked your back to school movie. It is nice and fun but... Why don't you start to use more funny and catchy thumbnails also!? Your thumbnails much reflect better the content of your movie. If it is funny make a funny thumbnail! I think this may help.
