DISCOURAGED? WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

At least you are partnered, and you have over 100 subs! Try to think positive!

Well my channel is small and I don't have much experience but I CAN try to give you some advice:

As already stated, Collab videos, try to do videos with other youtube gaming channels, there are tons of other gaming channels out there and you can try asking to collab with someone on this forum.

Another thing I would suggest is that a lot of the games you play are mainstream and popular which means you will be competing with A LOT of other people, I'm not saying that these games are bad or anything it's just, there are SO many videos of people playing these games that it just gets real old for a lot of people. By the time someone finds your channel they have mostly likely have seen 2-3 maybe more other youtubers play this game. Try to pick something different!

One other thing you can try to do is be social with your audience, try to get them involved, ask them questions, maybe let them join you on a co-op game or something, a lot of people like being able to connect with the person they are watching, just try to be different...in a good way! :p

Finally, if you have a great internet connection and a good computer (doesn't have to be the best) I highly suggest livestreaming! I have gotten 16 out of my 19 subscribers from my stream. There you can stream whatever you want, someone will always come and view your channel, just be fun and entertain your viewers and at the end of your stream you can say something like "Hey guys if you guys enjoy my stream you can also checkout my youtube channel for more content!" There are tons and tons of guides out there as well as free software that will help you set up your stream.

Hope my advice helps you out in anyway!
thanks alot for your advice :)
