Disappearing sound in adobe premiere pro cc

Hi guys!
I have a problem. I'm trying to edit my new gameplay and everything would be okay, but after few minutes, suddenly and out of nowhere sound from my facecam just disappeared. I checked this record and everything is alright, I also checked it in different program and it's working in it as well. Do you have any suggestions what could happened? Because I don't really know what to do. I tried to close everything and reset the settings, but it's not working. :(

I'm not sure how adobe works, but does it have separate track for audio? Maybe you have muted it? have you tried to remove/insert back file into project too, maybe will help :> Or wait for some actual Adobe user to come with valuable input.

I didn't even touch audio track from my facecam, I turn down the audio from gameplay because it was freaking too loud tho. But that's weird, that sound is fine and after 15 minutes it's not there anymore. D:

Before. When I'm trying to put two separate movies together, you know, add my facecam to the gameplay footage. I checked only my facecam video and it's the same, sound vanished after 15 minutes. In other programs or when I'm checking in movie players everything is okay.

People really need to learn how to troubleshoot better. The info provided so far is about as useful as saying to a computer tech that your computer is broken and won't run. Need more input.

Is the sound item still visible in the Premiere timeline?
Does it still show peaks or is it a blank looking item?
Did you render the video out anyways and is the sound not present in the final render?

And then into more special questions. What bit rate and sample size is the audio recorded in? Does this match the sequence settings in Adobe? When you loaded the facecam, did you see a little loading bar in the bottom right that says something along the lines of "conforming audio"? If so, did you wait until it was done before you placed the facecam in the timeline? Could you post a screenshot of the sequence settings and maybe the overall timeline and program screen so that we could see if its' maybe a visually obvious issue.

Remember, Premiere is a professional video editing program. It doesn't just forget about something you did. Most of the time, the reason people have problems is because they have no idea what they're doing and expect the program to be smart enough to figure out what you want. The thing about Adobe Premiere instead is that it expects you to know what you're doing and have set up your file formats and settings properly in advance, rather than just plug and play without knowing what's going on with the files you're using.
