Now I'm not necessarily recommending this, but other YouTubers have had success with making a video about how the network is screwing them over, uploaded it as unlisted, and sent it to the network. With the size of your channel, it could help you get a better deal or get out entirely.
I will count several good and bad things. First good about DigDis:
- Excellent support - they reply withing 24 hours.
- Excellent software [Konnekt] for uploading and distributing new music. It costs just 1euro to start selling music [which is 20 times less than on several other companies I was putting music in iTunes and such
- Payment is 3 months late but when it starts - it comes 4-5 days before the month starts.
- Copyrighting my music as much as possible [anybody that tries to upload any of my audio will get "This video is claimed by DigDis"]
Bad things:
- First me: I was wrong and didn`t read what I sign carefully. Actually I read everything but only later it gets clear what I sign. So all was my fault...
- They sent me 2 years contract in 2012 but then in 2013 when I start selling music with Konnekt they wrote me I will have to sign another contract in order to start using Konnekt. Then I received the second contract [after one year] with TWO years again... So:
- When I announced breaking contract just for Youtube [and not for music as I want to continue selling music through their service] - I didn`t get warn or any note that my exit will be possible NEXT year, not this year. They were quiet and 5 days until I was expecting to my channel starts to be free so other company could "grab" it and start monetizing with better share. Thats why I went mad... I completelly forgot that I had the second contract, the same as first, but with another 2 years signed

- Even I am 1st on their list [based on Socialblade] - they replied me just 4 emails while I sent them over 8. So 4 emails are left unanswered.
- And finally: after contract ENDS next year - they KEEP RIGHT to use my music anywhere they want for ONE MORE YEAR! My lawyer was very shocked to read that they have put THIS into the contract!
Conclusion:
- I've opened another channel where I will upload first next video monetized by new company [Curse].
- Then the same video I will upload to my current channel, monetized by DigDis
I suppose this way they can't protect my video as there is date of upload showing that my other channel is "owner" that will not "complain" about reuploaded videos. And I will see exactly how those 2 videos will have: CPM as they will be advertised the same. It will be interesting experiment.
